TabletTick privacy policy

Information you enter
TabletTick allows you to enter medication names, doses, quantities, instructions, schedules and start or end dates. It also records whether scheduled doses are Taken, Skipped or Missed. If you use stock and refill features, TabletTick may also store information you enter about medication stock levels, amounts used per dose, low-stock settings and refill reminders.
Where information is stored
Medication, schedule, stock and dose history information is stored locally on your device. TabletTick does not upload this information to Ten Storey Digital servers.
Notifications
With your permission, TabletTick schedules local notifications on your device. Notification content may be visible on your lock screen depending on your device settings. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.
Collection and sharing
TabletTick does not independently collect, sell or share your medication or usage data. It does not use advertising identifiers, analytics services or tracking technologies.
Features and data sharing
Free to use
TabletTick is currently completely free to use. All available features, including medication reminders, stock tracking, dose history and PDF/CSV exports, are included at no charge. No subscription, trial or in-app purchase is required.
No account required
TabletTick does not require you to create an account, register or sign in. Your medication information remains stored locally on your device, and Ten Storey Digital does not have access to your medication records.
Reports and sharing
TabletTick can create PDF and CSV reports from information stored in the app. Reports are generated locally on your device. If you choose to email, save or share a report, it is sent to the destination you select using your device’s system sharing or email features. Ten Storey Digital does not receive a copy of your report.
YOUR CHOICES
Managing your information
TabletTick is provided by Ten Storey Digital. Because app information stays on your device, Ten Storey Digital cannot view, retrieve or delete it for you.
Editing and deleting data
You can edit or delete medication records within TabletTick. The current version provides up to one year of dose history at no charge. Removing TabletTick from your device will ordinarily remove its locally stored information.
Apple and device services
Apple, Google and your device or operating-system provider may process technical or diagnostic information under their own privacy policies. TabletTick does not send your medication or health information to Ten Storey Digital through these services.
Device backups
Depending on your device settings, app information may be included in a backup created by your device or operating-system provider. Ten Storey Digital cannot access or control those backups.
Contacting support
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide. Please do not send medication details or other sensitive health information. Enquiries are handled under the Ten Storey Digital website privacy policy.
